A lot of clean up to do on the heater boxes ..
I took the heater box off to get to the wing nut to adjust the clutch, wing nut was on TIGHT ! I sprayed with PB blaster and let soak for a few days.. finally came out ! But I saw that the spring that goes around the clutch lever arm was broken .. so I had to buy a replacement, take the clutch lever arm off, which turned out to be a task in itself ..
broken spring on left .. new one on right ..
made a home made tool for the 5 ton two jaw puller to grab onto in order to pull the stuck clutch lever off ... and sprayed some more PB blaster and let sit for a week before pulling. Here's the 5 ton two jaw puller attached to the home made tool, with the clutch lever in tow .. it worked !

I had to replace the engine seals and tar boards, so pulling the engine was next .. excited and curious at the same time ... and yes, a bit nerve wrecked and scared not knowing what to expect .. but watching Rick's Bug Me Videos added a lot of confidence ..
